Shadow Theatre at Numeric Games Festival

Great news for all the fans of the human shadow theatre Verba! Our group has been invited to perform at the prestigious Numeric Games Festival in Switzerland, which will take place from the 25th of August to the 28th of August 2023. We are thrilled to be a part of this exciting event and can’t wait to showcase our unique artistry to a new audience.

For those of you who may not be familiar, Shadow Theatre Verba is a group of talented performers who use their bodies and the interplay of light and shadow to create stunning and captivating performances. Combining traditional shadow puppetry techniques with modern choreography and storytelling, our shows are both visually stunning and emotionally engaging.

Our performance at the Numeric Games Festival promises to be a highlight of the entire event. The Festival has become known as one of the most innovative and exciting gatherings of artists and performers from around the world. It is the perfect setting for our unique blend of traditional and contemporary performance styles, with a focus on digital arts and new technologies.

Its commitment to sustainable and environmentally friendly practices is one of the most exciting aspects of the festival. The festival site is located opposite the Yverdon-les-Bains train station. It is ideally situated for visitors who wish to take advantage of the excellent public transport network. It’s important to remember that parking is regulated by the town’s parking ordinance for those arriving by car.

For our performance, we are planning to combine elements of our signature style with some new and exciting technology. We are working on developing a new performance that will take full advantage of the festival’s focus on digital arts, exploring the intersection of light and technology in new and creative ways.
