Kids vs. Stars
Recently, the editors of the New Channel approached us with an offer to participate in one of the most popular TV shows – “Kids vs. Stars”. They proposed to organize a real competition between the experienced dancer Aliona Shoptenko and our young actress and gymnast – Mariia Holovach. On December 8th at 19:00, during the third season of the show, an incredible competition took place between showbiz stars and talented children from all over Ukraine.
Among the star guests, Aliona Shoptenko impressed the audience with a special challenge. Known for her professionalism in choreography, Aliona decided to master a new art form specifically for participation in the show – the art of shadow theatre. Her opponent became one of the youngest participants of the shadow theatre “Verba” – 10-year-old Mariia Holovach. To determine who among them was better at mastering shadow art, the show’s editors prepared an exciting task: participants had to replicate various figures from the screen first with their hands, and then with their entire body, outperforming their opponent in speed and accuracy.
Aliona Shoptenko enthusiastically commented on the upcoming competition: “Masha, I wish you luck! But still, I hope for my victory.” Words that demonstrate friendly competition and respect between participants.
This episode of the show became not only a platform for showcasing talent but also a symbol of the inexhaustible energy and creativity that can be expressed through the art of shadows. The show’s host, Serhii Prytula, and the artificial intelligence Megamozok, which monitored the correctness of task execution, ensured an unforgettable atmosphere for the evening.
This episode of “Kids vs. Stars” is a vivid example of how the art of shadows can unite different generations, opening new horizons of creativity and mutual understanding.
